AI Operations
AI pilots fail when the operating data is not ready.
Most AI pilots can produce an impressive demo. The harder question is whether the source data, decision paths, approvals, exceptions, and accountable owners are clear enough to support the workflow after the demo is gone.
- Operational context. Useful AI needs process, policy, system, customer, and constraint context, not just a folder of exported files.
- Agentic workflows. AI agents need defined permissions, fallback paths, review points, and measurable handoffs before they touch important work.
- Operating ownership. A pilot without an accountable process owner is usually a presentation, not a capability.
